Michael started his career in the building industry as a roof carpenter and had his own roofing business at the age of 2007. Following his love of construction he completed his Diploma of Builders Registration and started up Individual Developments in 2014. Michael has a passion for building and thrives on being busy and productive. He personally oversees and supervises all projects at Individual Developments to ensure a high standard of workmanship is kept efficiently and on schedule.

In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with his family and four young children. He is an avid fisherman and takes any opportunity to head to the ocean with a rod.

Jamie started in the building industry at a young age completing an apprenticeship in Tiling. Having worked as a Tiler, has given Jamie a sound understanding of onsite logistics especially with finishing trades.
Jamie currently manages the estimating and scheduling for Individual Developments. He is extremely thorough and has an eye for detail. Although very serious when it comes to work, he also manages to keep the office laughing and has received the title of office joker!

In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, fishing, camping and following most of the Australian sporting leagues!

Sarah completed a bachelor degree at Edith Cowan University, with a double major in Public Relations and Advertising. She started her career in Shopping Centre Marketing before heading off to start a family. Sarah has four young children which keep her very busy, however manages to find time to implement marketing campaigns for Individual Developments. She enjoys being in the office and getting back into the corporate world.

She loves all things photography and videography and in her spare time enjoys flying her drone and creating family videos.
