From our initial meeting, we will prepare a feasibility study that estimates the potential profit you stand to make after the completion and sale of your units.
With a Feasibility study in place, and finance pre-approved, you can assess potential development sites for suitability. If you are happy with the site, let us come and assess for any unforeseen expenses that may arise such as demolition and site works.
Subdivision and Preliminary Plans Design
Once you have purchased your block we arrange the whole process of subdivision as an additional service to our Preliminary Plans Design service and Working Drawing Preparation.
When your working drawings and other technical documentation are complete we finalise the construction cost, specification and lump sum contract so that your project and build can begin.
